Four new houses on the Balcombe Road, Pound Hill were designed on an old Blacksmiths site using stone detailing to keep within character of the original Blacksmiths on site. The dwellings consist of two 4 bedroom detached properties and two 3 bedroom semi-detached properties in a 'mews' style courtyard with off road parking. The project was completed in November 2006 and all the houses have been sold.
A one off house for a private client in a countryside setting with traditional detailing and materials. Radon gas sumps were also introduced to protect the house and its occupants.

A cottage in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Warninglid,a small rural village in the South East of England. The project comprises of complete refurbishment and expansive extension works using local high quality materials.
Expansive extension works to a large Surrey property with 7 bedrooms set within 5 acres of private land. A large kitchen / diner and complete refurbishment of the property was undertaken and completed.
Conversion of an out-building at Lions Wood, Heathfield into a billiard room with bar on the ground floor and accommodation above.
Shooters wine bar on the ground floor and 5 flats on the 1st and 2nd floor above was a project completed in September 2007. Extensive refurbishment and structural re-modelling works were required to the existing office building to produce high quality flats and a stylish, fashionable wine bar on the ground floor.
A three bedroom detached house coverted into a large family house. Comprising of a large two storey extension to the rear with a single storey extension (garage) to the side. Due to the space of the site a basement was introduced to gain extra space - access via a spiral staircase and naturally lit with glass blocks.
Internal re-modelling of a family home in Ifield producing a large kitchen / diner and new family den / cinema room.
Computer modelling was used to produce this design with the structure being split in the middle (to allow for light). With circular steel columns and timber laminate beams with tension cables.
