JNA Chartered Architects is a small friendly practice with over 20 years experience in Architecture.  The past 10 years concentrating on the domestic / residential sector.  We specialise in producing the highest quality designs for one off houses and extensions.

A full range of services are offered from our offices located in the south-east, from feasibility designs, planning and working drawings / planning applications, building regulations, local authority approvals - right through to full project management of the build contract.

Our first consultation is free of charge; during this consultation we will give advice on planning, budget and programme.  Once commissioned, we will provide sketch designs and options at inception stage, we will then carry through the design and provide full detailed working drawings and specification, draw up a form of contract and supervise construction works.

We work in many areas but specialise in the Residential Sector of the market.
